H (Heather) is a proud Autistic psychologist with a passion for advocacy, education, and social justice. She creates a supportive and empowering space for clients, using a holistic, whole-person approach that looks beyond diagnoses. Her work is grounded in community psychology values and a deep respect for each individual’s unique experience.
Drawing from her lived experience as a late-diagnosed Autistic person, H offers genuine, personalized support to people of all neurotypes. She is committed to making mental health care accessible, inclusive, and free from ableism - believing there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing.

- Full registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
