About
Faith is a late-diagnosed AuDHD'er with lived experience navigating both neurodivergence and chronic illness. She recognises that these realities are nuanced and can be shaped by intersectional factors like masking, systemic influences and cultural identity. Her personal journey has informed her approach to therapy, reinforcing the significance of self-acceptance and advocacy while nurturing affirming spaces for clients to understand themselves and build meaningful support structures and strategies.
approach
Faith's therapeutic space embraces and respects each client’s unique background. She takes a client-centred approach and believes that just as life can be dynamic, therapy can be too. Faith loves the role that humour can play in creating a relaxed therapeutic environment and values holding space for clients to feel safe to come as they are.
She utilises various therapeutic modalities catered to each client and is passionate about working with neurodivergence, chronic illness, or both, acknowledging the strengths and challenges within these experiences.
