About

Faith is a late-diagnosed AuDHDer with lived experience navigating both neurodivergence and a chronic health condition, and she recognises the complexities that those with intersectional hidden disabilities can face. As a culturally diverse woman, she is also mindfully aware of how these realities can be shaped by the intersectionality of factors such as masking and systemic influences. Her personal journey has shaped her approach to care, reinforcing the importance of self-acceptance, advocacy, and creating affirming spaces individuals can find meaningful.

approach

Faith strives to create a therapeutic space that acknowledges and respects each client’s unique background. She takes a client-centred approach, recognising that life can be dynamic, and believes therapy can also be just as dynamic. Faith loves the role that humour can play in creating a relaxed therapeutic environment and values holding space where clients can feel safe to come as they are.

Acknowledging both the challenges and strengths, she is passionate about working with neurodivergence as well as those whose experiences with chronic health conditions and/or cultural identity contribute to nuanced life journeys.
