About
Carly is a Neurodivergent Psychologist who offers a non-judgemental and empathetic space to explore and understand your brain, experiences, and strengths. As someone with lived experience of Autism and ADHD, she understands what it’s like to navigate a world built for neurotypical minds. Carly supports clients to build self-acceptance, develop strategies for self-advocacy, and gain a deeper understanding of their neurotype. She is committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming care in a safe, supportive, and genuinely affirming therapy space.
approach
Carly prides herself on being genuine and deeply relatable to her clients. She brings authenticity and a playful energy to her sessions, often using humour and sarcasm to help clients feel at ease, safe, and seen. She values honesty and connection, breaking down barriers with a realness that invites clients to show up as themselves.
Her key areas of interest include neurodivergence, alongside perinatal mental health and supporting parents. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Carly tailors each session to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients.
