About

Drawing on her lived experience as a late-diagnosed ADHDer, Cait (she/her) takes a collaborative, person-centred approach to her work, grounded in a deep respect for the diversity of human minds. She recognises the challenges of living authentically in a world that’s often not built for difference, and is committed to creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, validating, and strengths-based.

Cait embraces neurodivergence as a valuable part of human diversity, honouring the distinct strengths, challenges, and perspectives that come with different ways of experiencing the world. With curiosity and compassion, she supports clients in exploring their identities, deepening self-understanding, and shaping lives and environments that genuinely nurture them.

approach

With a warm, curious, and playful approach, Cait aims to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel fully seen and understood. She seeks to create space for clients to explore their internal world, reflect on emotional patterns, past experiences, and the personal and systemic factors that shape their current challenges.

Grounded in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care, Cait works closely with clients to gain insight into their unique brains, nurture self-compassion, and develop practical strategies for living authentically. She is dedicated to supporting clients in making lasting, values-aligned changes that reflect their true selves.

By integrating a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, Cait tailors the process to the individual, always prioritising genuine human connection in her work. Her goal is to help clients feel supported and less alone in the messy, beautiful experience of being human.

Cait views the assessment process as a valuable tool for self-discovery. She aims to offer a doorway for clients to make sense of their unique wiring and experiences, while providing a clear roadmap for practical support and actionable next steps.
