With over a decade of experience, Anthony is a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to delivering personalised and values-based psychological support. He works with clients to help them achieve their therapeutic goals, improve wellbeing, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Anthony takes an inclusive and affirming approach, recognising and embracing the unique strengths, needs, and lifestyles of each individual.

Anthony is particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in reducing stigma, managing burnout, and navigating challenges. His work is centred around empowerment - helping clients build resilience, self-awareness, and the tools they need to create a fulfilling life on their own terms.

Anthony utilises evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. His approach is collaborative and flexible, tailoring sessions to each client’s specific needs while fostering self-compassion, personal growth, and long-term wellbeing.
