About

Ally (or Alex, she/her) is an AuDHD Registered Psychologist who works primarily with Autistic and ADHDer adults seeking support to navigate life in a neurotypical world. She has a specific interest in working with people who were late-identified, who may want to explore identity, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, and self-advocacy.

approach

Ally's approach is person-centred and intersectional. In addition to supporting Neurodivergent clients, she welcomes individuals who are LGBTIQA+, and who are in or are interested in exploring different relationship structures.

In addition to incorporating therapeutic modalities Ally strongly prioritises psychoeducation, as she believes that knowledge is power, and the best way for a person to thrive is to understand the 'how' and 'why'.
