About Chelsea

Chelsea is a neurodivergent psychologist with a passion for walking alongside her clients on their self-discovery journey.  Chelsea aims to support her clients to identify their neurotype (answer the "what if?") as well as support them to better understand their neurotype, and the strengths and challenges that come with it (the "what now?").

With lived experience of autism and ADHD, Chelsea understands how impactful living in a neurotypical world can be. It is for this reason that she is committed to neurodiversity-affirming care and hopes to help clients build self-acceptance, self-compassion and self-advocacy. She approaches each client with curiousity and respect so that they feel empowered to determine what is meaningful to explore in session, and support them to create an authentic, joyful and rewarding life.

Chelsea brings a relaxed and playful approach to her sessions with the intention of fostering comfort, connection, and a sense of safety to unmask (if clients wish to do so). Her virtual door is open when you are ready, and she can't wait to meet you.
